Experience the Sea at Aquarium of the Bay

There are many things that you can choose to do when you visit San Francisco with your family, but the one thing that you must not miss out on doing together with your family is to visit and experience the almost surreal surroundings of sea at the Aquarium of the Bay. This is the place where visitors will get to see two large saltwater tanks filled with many types of marine wildlife that are found in San Francisco Bay.
The Aquarium of the Bay offers wide variety of species such as different fish, sharks, jelly-fish and there is also a great tunnel where you will be able to see all the sharks and stingrays swimming around as you walk through it. It is as though you are walking in the deep of the ocean itself and you are not getting wet at all! One thing that most children from San Francisco bus rentals will enjoy when visiting Aquarium of the Bay is the part where they get to touch the starfish, baby stingrays and baby sharks (sometimes the adult sharks too).
The staff at Aquarium of the Bay are well trained, very attentive and caring - not just towards the visitors but to the creatures of the sea too. While many enjoy the long underwater tunnel with hundreds of species of the underwater world because it feels as though you are able to touch them up close, the distortion of the glass can also make one feel a little giddy or disoriented after a while, but this feeling usually passes away quickly - most of the time due to the excitement of just being able to be so close the sea creatures.
There is also a Gift Shop at Aquarium of the Bay where you can buy some souvenirs to keep as mementos for yourself or as gifts to be given to your family members or friends back home.
Even if you have been here before, Aquarium of the Bay is still a great place to visit again as they are always getting in new sea creatures as well as introducing different types of shows all the time. The Aquarium of the Bay is also a wheelchair friendly place, and there is no need for you to worry if you do bring along your aged parents who are using strollers or walkers to enjoy the aquatic creatures here. This is certainly an educational place for all ages - from the young to the old!
